Forward Blaise Nkufo will join Seattle in practice this Tuesday after representing Switzerland in the World Cup. His presence will hopefully provide a boost to a side struggling to find timely goals.
Nkufo may be the much needed spark to Seattle's offense after scoring 114 goals with FC Twente of Holland in the Dutch Eredivisie - enough to earn him a statue outside the club's stadium.

Nkufo will be eligible for league play July 15, meaning Sounders fans could see him the same day in an away match against DC.
