SEAHAWKS: Bears interested in Sims

Rob Sims

The Bears are the latest team reported to have interest in acquiring OG Rob Sims, according to the Chicago Tribune. The Bears appear willing to offer a trade for Sims instead of giving up their 4th-round pick, which would be the minimum required because Seattle tendered Sims at the 4th-round level.

Bears DE Alex Brown is rumored in the mix for a trade. UPDATE: Seahawks NOT interested in Brown.

Brown, 30, has played all eight of his NFL seasons with Chicago and most recently finished with six sacks in 2009. He has been a starter for the majority of his time with the Bears.
