SEAHAWKS: Seattle not alone in 10 a.m. scheduling

If Seattle's scheduling of six games at 10 a.m. on the East Coast is an injustice then it's an injustice inflicted on the whole of the West Coast.

Out of 32 teams in the NFL, only four fall in the Pacific time zone and only these four have to play a game at 10 a.m., their time of course.

To the NFL, the game takes place at 1 p.m., which is another way of saying, 'There's a West Coast?"

To continue...

Seattle: 6
San Francisco: 6
Oakland: 5
San Diego:1

The obvious lesson here is you better win if you don't want to play 10 a.m. games. More nationally televised games means fewer chances for road games against the East Coast.

If you lose plenty of games, which obviously the other three teams have, you get the shaft. Lesson learned.
