SEAHAWKS: Offensive line shaken up as mini-camp opens



Spencer is back at center and Unger is at
his right, for now.


Many had presumed Max Unger would automatically be starting at center over Chris Spencer who was booted over to guard last season. Many had also assumed Sean Locklear would be starting at left tackle after spending 2009 at the position.

OL coach Alex Gibbs and company don't feel the same way.

The first unit in mini-camp Tuesday saw Unger lining up at right guard, Spencer back at center and Sean Locklear situated at right tackle, where he used to play before left tackle.

The move is yet another example of the new coaching staff re-imagining a squad that a different front office put together.

Ray Willis lined up at left tackle and Alex Gibson bunkered next to him at guard.

Of course, this formation is subject to immense change as the offseason wears on.
