Could Kevin Kolb be Seattle's
future QB?
The Seahawks have been in contact with the Eagles, reportedly making inquiries for quarterbacks Donovan McNabb and backup Kevin Kolb.
The rumor, reported on ESPN radio, suggests Seattle might be looking for its future quarterback around the league before the draft. Although bringing in McNabb wouldn't seem to make much sense since Hasselbeck and McNabb are the same age and just as injury prone, Kolb will likely be a future starting quarterback in NFL.

At 25, Kolb has plenty of upside, especially after sitting behind McNabb for three seasons. Kolb may be a reasonable acquisition for Seattle, although it wouldn't appear that the Eagles would want to part ways with someone they've been carefully grooming for years.
Keep in mind the Eagles exercised their option to keep Michael Vick for another year, so the Eagles could be thinking about using him as their future QB. If that were the case then the Seahawks would have a better chance of landing Kolb.
The Texas native was drafted no. 36 overall by the Eagles in the 2007 draft. Since then, he has complpeted 79 of 130 passes with four TDs and seven interceptions.
