The Washington Post is reporting the Redskins have interest in moving up in the draft along with the Jets for USC quarterback Mark Sanchez. Seattle's fourth pick would be a target.
Several sources have suggested the Redskins have begun to send out feelers on what it might take to get Seattle's pick, and the Seahawks, at this stage, would likely seek two first-round picks on the high end. That was a price the Redskins were willing to pay for Chad Johnson last year and Jay Cutler a few weeks back, although neither deal was completed.

The move seems unlikely, as there appear to be no teams targeting a quarterback between picks four and eight. That would leave Cleveland, Cincinnati and Oakland as possible trade partners as well. The Chiefs are another trade partner mentioned.
This article at CBS lists Seattle's biggest needs in the draft as being wide receiver, offensive line and defensive back, all positions where Seattle needs a starter.
Last year wasn't as much a football season as it was an audition for ER. That was a problem, but injuries go away with an offseason. That's the good news for Mora.
The reasoning for offensive line needing a starter is to replace Walter Jones. But even at his age, he's still good enough to easily beat out any rookie for the starting gig.
At wide receiver, Michael Crabtree is the only clear upgrade and immediate starter; at least that's the projection.
A starting safety can be had in the second round (Patrick Chung?), while the afore mentioned trade down could put Seattle in position to grab Malcolm Jenkins, who really is the draft's best defensive back if put in a cover-2 defense.
